Commercial & Residential Properties

The Grange Hampshire has a number of commercial properties including several redundant agricultural premises converted for industrial and commercial use.  In addition to our vacant premises, we may be able to develop premises for businesses which can specify their requirements and commit to pre-lease arrangements.

There are also a wide variety of residential properties to let which rent on Assured Shorthold Tenancies. These are largely 2-4 bedroom properties in attractive rural locations.
