At The Grange Hampshire, we bring together a rare combination of ingredients to make your retreat a success. CREATE SOMETHING GREAT TOGETHER
Every business retreat at The Grange Hampshire is tailored to your needs, but all share some essential ingredients: abundant daylight, energising food, versatile spaces, inspiring landscapes and uplifting activities. From there, we shape everything around what you want to achieve.
We start by having a conversation – gaining absolute clarity on what excellent looks like for you. If we don’t believe we can deliver it, we’ll tell you. We care deeply about helping businesses thrive, and if we can help you grow through an exceptional shared experience, we will.
SPACEs TO GROW
Central to any retreat, are spaces to clarify thought. Abbotstone Barn is our central, purpose-built facilitation space – calm, comfortable and fully equipped. It’s designed to feel homely yet focused, with everything you need for workshops, strategy days or coaching sessions.
Abbotstone Farm House offers generously sized shared spaces and multiple breakout rooms, ideal for groups wanting to blend structured sessions with informal discussion.
For thinking on the move, our curated walking routes offer a refreshing change of pace. There are many reasons that all truly great thoughts are conceived by walking.
FOOD FOR THought
Whether you’re after a special three-course meal with canapés or a hearty, home-cooked meal in the farmhouse, we offer a range of exceptional local catering options. We’ve partnered with a selection of trusted caterers, each with their own style but a shared level of high quality. Through your planning process, Tara will help curate menus, ensure dietary requirements are met and make sure the food matches the tone of your retreat.
If you’re wanting to explore our culinary landscape further, you’ll need the correct local wine pairing. On the Estate, we produce a family of wines from our soft chalky soils that are made in our winery next to our vineyard, allowing grapes to be harvested at their perfect ripeness. If you’d like to learn more, consider adding a private vineyard tour to your experience to hear why England is fast becoming one of the most exciting regions in the world for sparkling wine.
A RESTFUL NIGHT
We know how important a good night’s sleep is to hard work, so rest assured you will sleep soundly in one of our peaceful properties. Our bedrooms are traditionally dressed and instantly comfortable, with premium crisp 100% cotton linen for a homely sleeping experience. Across the Estate we offer 20 bedrooms within five properties, with Abbotstone Farm House and Lake House Cottage particularly well-suited to self-contained business retreats.
