Our Events Team

Our team come from diverse backgrounds and are united by a passion for making whatever we undertake at The Grange Hampshire something that is creative and joyful. We love the place and we want you to get the very most from it. We listen hard to what you are trying to achieve and put our energy into making it happen with both flair and pragmatism. We believe that it can be the simple things that make the difference : for example moving the cocktail bar outside because it turns out to be a beautiful day or collecting up the flowers before people leave to give them to take home.

Sophie Baring

Sophie has spent her career thinking about how teams in business and other organisations, at whatever level, get the most out of spending time together. It’s always a balance between being able to get to know one another, having an interesting time and getting the work done.   Her career has spanned advertising (Yellowhammer and Leo Burnett), innovation (?What If!) and business transformation (Businessthreezero). Latterly she has been MD of both ?What If! and Businessthreezero. She has helped a wide spectrum of large and small organisations as diverse as Pernod Ricard, Tesco, Abbvie, Murphy and The Grange Festival.

Julia Mitchell
