“Don’t even think, just book it you won’t be disappointed. This house has everything you need, from BBQ to pool and tennis! The pool is beautifully heated and towels and inflatables provided! Tennis rackets and balls provided same with the tennis table too! Huge amount of space so you will never be on top of each other. The gardens are lovely, it’s extremely quiet and the amount of bird spotting you can do is fabulous. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment so no need to bring a peeler! The beds are very comfortable with some rooms that can be made into twins. The house is really homely and has a stereo system that plays tapes so get out your old tapes and play them loud!! Dawn and Ellie are a great team and you can talk to them about any party plans you may have and they will bend over backwards to help organise and set up. The location is great and so many walks or runs you can do without leaving the estate!”  Victoria

“First I want to thank you and your team for the wonderful stay we had at the Farm House recently. It was a truly perfect and memorable experience for all the family. We all absolutely loved the house and grounds and the pool was amazing. The younger children were hardly out of the pool and the adults loved it too. It was almost as if the house was made for us and I don’t think we could find anything better anywhere else. It was so welcoming and homely and once we got our bearings we were quite at home. “What an amazing house, great spaces for entertaining – including a dining table big enough for us all. The grounds were beautiful, pool was lovely and warm, piano was in tune and the tennis court was superb. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and had real character.
