Made for entertaining
Abbotstone Farm House is a fabulous place in which to escape. It has eight double bedrooms and 1 single room – sleeping up to 18 guests – and some very generous social space (including a big kitchen with a Rangemaster and three colourfully furnished living areas with working open fireplaces). It also has additional room for breakout and entertaining in the adjacent Abbotstone Barn and the surrounding gardens and grounds.
THE HOUSE & Grounds
The ample living space has tremendous charm with painted rooms of rich colours, extensive well stocked gardens, terraces and spring fed ponds with plenty of places for lounging and laughing, making it a unique place to be with either family, friends or colleagues. In the summer months, you’ll have access to your own private swimming pool and shared tennis court, while winter afternoons may be spent playing games by the fire. FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD
Optional on–site catering is available from our resident food wizard Becka Cooper. The informality of her catering can be dialled up or down for individual meals, as required, providing anything from Saturday night dinner for the family served in the farmhouse to breakfast for 30 in the barn. Otherwise taste your way through the best local and seasonal delights Hampshire has to offer with our local recommendations.
OUT AND ABOUT
There’s a great walk for every season (picnics and pub stops optional) and there’s also opportunities to arrange vineyard tours & wine tastings, horse riding, fishing and clay pigeon shooting without leaving the estate. If your stay is in June or July, you could even catch world-class opera live at The Grange Festival.
