After a lovely couple of weeks of honeymoon and having had some time to reflect on the wonderful day that was our wedding day, we wanted to send you a note to say thank you to you and the team for all your support in the lead up to our wedding and on the day itself.

On that gloomy January day that when we first saw Abbotstone, it took some imagination to how it could be on a summer’s day but we’re so pleased we choose it for our wedding. It was the perfect setting for the classic, elegant but relaxed, romantic English country garden feel that we wanted.

The warm welcome we received from you on that gloomy day helped make our decision to choose Abbotstone. We appreciated the flexible and relaxed approach that the Grange offered and that really does set you apart from some of the other local venues…not to mention the delicious fizz you provide!

During the planning, you were always available to answer queries, allowing visits as needed and making suggestions to help us shape the day. Your attention to detail and methodical approach made us feel like we were in very safe hands and the day would go smoothy.

On the day itself you were a superstar…directing the photographer, managing the registrars, watching the thunderstorm forecast but most of all, always being there for both of us when we needed anything.

You are a fantastic team and we would not hesitate to recommend Abbotstone for weddings in the future. We always got the impression it was not just a job for you but that you genuinely wanted us to have our best possible wedding in our own style and for that we are so grateful as the day was truly memorable and more amazing than we could ever have imagined.
